Melinda
Educated in fine arts, Melinda utilizes the conceptual
skills she honed from years generating ideas and producing multi-media work, to create elegant visual representations that communicate your ideas with
clarity and ease.
Melinda recently rebranded her 20 year freelance graphic design company mdesign to mdesign creations, reflecting the addition of her personal artistic projects to her portfolio. Our Collaborative Approach
A discerning aesthetic, integrated with years of design and production experience, allows me to offer you a creative and professional approach to your project. It is my intention to be in partnership with you to give your project an authentic voice that fosters real growth, and achieves a fulfilling learning experience.

What I Do
The majority of projects over the past 20 years have involved a partnership with Ten Thousand Feet creating experiences to educate leaders and those in management rolls. This work has included large format graphics to gather around, participant guidebooks, journals, handbooks, cards, and the production of unique program takeaways. Examples of these projects can be viewed in the portfolio slide shows above and include leadership training programs for Estée Lauder™, Clif Bar & Company®, Optum and the globally implemented business acumen building simulations of Interplay™, Decision Mojo™, and Inclusive Leader™.
This partnership has offered opportunities to create work for Fortune 500 Companies such
as Apple, American Express, Microsoft, Levis Strauss & Co., Salesforce, Verisign, Optum,

Located in beautiful Ithaca, NY, in the heart
of the Finger Lakes, mdesign creations is a
one woman shop operating out of a productive home office surrounded by seven wooded acres and perennial gardens.
Working from a home studio ensures 24/7 availability and attention to your project.

Utilizing creativity and skills from 20 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with Microsoft Office, I will elevate your program materials to
the next level with innovative concepts and production ideas to excite and inspire your audiance.
A straight forward, concise layout and design style, with emphasis on function and accessibility, will clearly communicate with your target audience. I will work with your graphics, revamp your current elements, or assist in generating new icons. and establish a consistent look and feel across your collateral materials, including PowerPoint presentations and web presence.

How I Work
The intention of mdesign creations is to work collaboratively with clients. I invest myself in
the success of your project, without having a proprietary attitude. Clients retain ownership
of the work that is created, with full access
to native files and any additional file formats
as needed.
In order for the design project to go smoothly, clear communication is necessary between the designer and client. mdesign creations strives to establish production timelines and delivery dates to satisfy the clients needs, and stays in close contact regarding these deadlines as the project proceeds.
Every effort is made to work efficiently, staying mindful of the clients time and end goals.
